No, no, and no! Teaching kids about the birds and the bees is the job of parents/legal gaurdians. Unless the kid is taking a biology class, there is no reason to even mention sex in school.
I realize that many adults might feel awkward talking to kids about sex, and I totally understand why. But you have to get over that awkwardness, especially if you are religious and want to teach your kids the same values you have.
