Aw, man. Do I have to pick just one? Let's see. Hoshi Sato from Enterprise is a polyglot. That's rather cool. Data broke my heart when he sacrificed himself in Nemesis. Wish I had the guts to do something like that. Having Kirk's self-confidence would be cool.
But by far, if I could be any Trek character, it would have to be Q. Just to have all the neat powers. I would certainly not toy around with corpreal life forms with them. At least, I think I wouldn't.
